truth be told - Agent never really liked Saint...
Oh shitfire and brimstone, the waitress fumed to herself in silence upon hearing the giggly squeals from the other waitresses.
The noise rudely interrupted her quiet coffee break. She didn't have to look up to see why they were so excited ...and frankly didn't care to be bothered. She sighed while shaking her head in disbelief at his vain attempt to live up this vampire persona. This image in her eyes was getting too outrageous and wasn't making a good impression with her right now. As he showed off his newly polished fangs to his adoring groupies, Agent merely rolled her eyes at the rocker. When he flashed that infamous smile at her, instantly went from bad to worse in a single heartbeat. She groaned harshly under her breath as he decided to sit in the last empty booth within her section. Like his lovesick counterpart, Saint was simply a migraine headache that refused to go away and far out of her life.
"It seems you have an extra special customer waiting for you," Ghostie joked while grabbing plates of food for her customers, "You're such a lucky gal ...having two guys..."
Damn him and his friend both! Why can't they leave me alone...
Agent gazed sharply at the woman wondering what childish scheme would be used to gain her affection today. She had enough of it ...sick and tired of being constantly hounded by the two musicians. The meaningless competition of outwitting and out-romancing each other for a date with her was totally driving the woman nuts. And at the moment, neither will concede until she finally surrendered a "yes" to one of them. The waitress sighed while trying to ignore Saint as he causally studied her body language over the menu. However it didn't work as she had hoped.
"Damn, you," she breathed harshly as she skipped his table for another. It amazed her how incredibly patient Saint sat there waiting for her. That really burned her buttons as well as made Agent nervous when walking towards his way. "Leave me alone ...and the answer is no!"
Saint simply winked at her without saying a word. Then he smiled again which nearly caused her to drop a couple of breakfast platters. Again Agent groaned hard.
He's not going to quit until I... she moaned while glancing at him.
"Perhaps you should talk to him," Ghostie suggested interrupting her peaceful thoughts.
"I don't want to. You talk to him, Ghostie," Agent fired back in an angered huff, "I don't even like him..."
"Calm down, woman," she snapped back, "Can't you see that the man's smitten with you?! It won't kill your to talk to him, silly girl..."
Be grateful that he didn't come bearing gifts for your affection like Blue did last week, Agent reminded herself as she slowly walked towards his table sighing mournfully.
"Ahem ...is there something you want?!" she rasped heavily in a low whisper while ignoring the cheesy grin plastered on his face. It was already painful giving the musician a brief moment of her time.
